8-Part Blog Series: Human-Centered Leadership

June 08, 20261 min read

I’ve been thinking a lot lately about how quickly work is changing.

AI is becoming part of everyday conversations in the workplace. Some people are excited by that. Some are uncertain. Most of us are probably somewhere in between.

So here's what I think: the more technology becomes part of how we work, the more intentional we need to be about how we are leading.

Microsoft and LinkedIn’s 2024 Work Trend Index found that 75% of global knowledge workers are already using AI at work. That tells me this is not a future conversation. It is already here.

But technology alone does not create trust, clarity, or connection. People still need leaders who can communicate well, listen carefully, and help them move through change with confidence.

That is why this month, Fun2GrowOn is focusing on Human-Centered Leadership.

The future of work may be shaped by technology, but the future of leadership still depends on people.

Over the next few posts, we'll be looking at what that means in practice.
